Ordered the Australian and Hokkaido Wagyu for a BBQ and everyone was really impressed with the quality of the meat for the price. Guuuu will definitely be my go to beef site from now on.

The Hokkaido wagyu carried a nice amount of “beefiness” with good marbling and a large chuck of fat in the middle.Individual vacuum packs is great for freshness and storage and especially convenient during sous vide. Overall, really good price for the quality of beef!
